Dufex Card Blanks

Black is best: Dufex cards

Well..........I saw these beautiful dufex card blanks, which I thought might make stunning cards when married with my flowers and some butterflies, so voila, here's the result! The blue card has been folded and cut according to the instructions included with the card blanks, a piece of Joanna Sheen backing paper was added to the middle panel, before I painted my flowers, again highlighted with flat backed gems. Two butterfly stickers were added to complete the card. For the p**k (!) card I cut the dufex blank and attached a panel to the front of a pearl card blank. I cut a section form the edge of the card blank, using deckle edge scissors, and attached another section of the dufex card to the inside back of the card. I then used a corner punch to decorate the front corners of the card. Flowers and butterfly were then added as before.
